Before you Book

Jade Beauty is a full-service wax salon. Appointments are booked in advance to ensure you receive the best quality + service during your visit. Payment is due at the time of service. A 50% deposit is required when booking appointments. Jade Beauty asks that you provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

FREQUENTLY asked questions
 

  • Your hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long or the length of a grain of rice for any wax service. The longer your hair the better. Do not shave prior to your wax appointment, short hair will not make for an effective waxing appointment.

  • Yes, you can find youth waxing services listed on our services page, and on our booking page. All youth (Under 18 years old) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of service.

  • Please expect slight discomfort as everyone’s pain tollerance is different. We will do what we can to educate you and make you feel as comfortable as possible during your Jade Beauty Experience.

  • Jade Beauty specializes in speed waxing, which means the majority of our services are performed in under 15 minutes. Fast + top-tier quality to get you in and out, and feeling good.

  • Your hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice. The Brazilian wax service includes the full bikini line - four fingers wide from the crease to the thigh, top of the vaginal area, labia, and butt strip. Please let your wax specialist know of any areas you’d prefer not to be waxed.

 
 

  • You may notice some redness, this is very common. You may also notice, small bumps, this is swelling at the root from removing hair.
    If you notice any swelling or irritation 3-4 days after your wax please contact us for further instructions.

  • Consistency yields the best results. Scheduling waxes 3-4 weeks ahead will help thin your hair and ultimately destroy the hair follicle.

  • Aftercare is so important to prevent irritation, bumps, swelling, and/or ingrown hairs.
    Grab a buff muff at your next appointment or online to exfoliate your skin and reduce any signs of irritation. If you are prone to ingrown hairs you can purchase PFB Ultra to treat and prevent pesky ingrowns.

  • Yes you can. To protect the waxer and the client we ask that you shower before your appointment, and wear a fresh tampon.

  • Yes! We love taking care of our Mama’s. We will be sure to make you feel comfortable and taken care of.

  • With your safety in mind, please wait 24-48 hours after your wax before exposing yourself to direct sunlight and tanning beds.
